Troop 767 uses "Yahoo! Groups" to maintain an email contact list. Membership to the Yahoo! group is free, but is moderated. This means any request to join the Yahoo! Group needs to be approved by one of the designated moderators.

So, the steps are:

1. You first request membership on the list.

2. A troop moderator approves your request

3. You're on the list.
